She holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics, is a PMP®-certified Project Manager, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt professional. Michelle joined the VMSI team in 2023 after over 10 years of working in the education field. Her background has equipped her with a unique perspective that she brings to the team at VMSI. Michelle provides administrative support to the VMSI corporate office to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Additionally, Michelle works as a Technologist, utilizing her skills and love of technology, to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy Contracting Professional School (VAAA-CPS).

Jack serves as VMSI's Proposal Manager. He brings more than 5 years' experience of proven business development and proposal management to his role. Shane Moore, a service-disabled Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps served 4 years and was honorably-medically discharged as a Corporal. Shane studied at and received an Interdisciplinary double major bachelor’s degree in Management & Human Resources from George Mason University and ultimately continued on to advanced studies at the University of Virginia in Human Resources.
