She holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics, is a PMP®-certified Project Manager, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt professional. Huma continues to expand her expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI automation, cloud technologies, and data analytics, staying at the forefront of innovation to help organizations work smarter and more efficiently.

Fatimah joined the VMSI team in November 2025 with a little over 7 years of administrative support and 3 years of Human Resources. Starting her career as an Office Coordinator, she understands the importance of effective organization and collaboration in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Michelle HamricAdministrative Specialist

Michelle joined the VMSI team in 2023 after over 10 years of working in the education field. Her background has equipped her with a unique perspective that she brings to the team at VMSI. Michelle provides administrative support to the VMSI corporate office to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. Additionally, Michelle works as a Technologist, utilizing her skills and love of technology, to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy Contracting Professional School (VAAA-CPS).

Jack serves as VMSI's Proposal Manager. He brings more than 5 years' experience of proven business development and proposal management to his role. He partners with the corporate team and outside teammates to identify, pursue, and capture opportunities that allows VMSI's continual to support our Federal clients.

Mike joined VMSI in October 2023 with over 16 years of Customer & Project Management experience in various sectors. Starting his career as a Branch Manager, he understands the value of developing quality teams. He's passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs and making that the primary objective. Having managed key accounts of all sizes, he understands the value of building relationships, effective communication, and delivering unmatched service.

Jackie brings over 20 years’ experience and dedication to her role as Vice President and Facility Security Officer. She provides full operational support to all corporate and remote employees to ensure individual and corporate success. With a role that touches all VMSI departments, she is an integral resource to all of our employees and customers providing support in all areas of operations: finance, government compliance, information technology, as well as industrial security and background screening. In this role, Ken is responsible for ensuring VMSI continues to deliver exceptional support to its federal customers while upholding the company’s mission: “To be the BEST DECISION our Clients make.”

Shane Moore, a service-disabled Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps served 4 years and was honorably-medically discharged as a Corporal. Shane studied at and received an Interdisciplinary double major bachelor’s degree in Management & Human Resources from George Mason University and ultimately continued on to advanced studies at the University of Virginia in Human Resources.
