VMSI has just completed all of our Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contractor Assistance Initiative Visits! During these visits GSA uses a Contractor Report Card to reflect how well “MAS” contract holders manage and comply with contractual requirements.

The Report Card combines results of Industrial Operations Analyst visits to contractor facilities with Administrative Contracting Officer input regarding contract compliance. The report cards program focuses on areas of evaluation including: the process used to monitor the “basis of award” pricing, meeting the minimum sales criteria, prompt payment terms and the use of electronic contracting tools.

VMSI is excited to report that we received 100%, perfect—exceptional compliance ratings across the board on all VMSI GSA schedule contracts along with GSA feedback: “Your ratings are Exceptional…keep up the good work!”
