VMSI Continues Its Support of Boulder Crest Retreat

In March, VMSI continued our ongoing financial support of Boulder Crest Retreat through charitable monetary donations and event sponsorship to support our nation’s wounded Veterans.

The mission of Boulder Crest Retreat is to provide a free, first-class rural retreat for America’s seriously wounded warriors and their families – to reconnect, recreate, recover and reintegrate.  Boulder Crest understands trauma and stress. They know that traumatic stress is debilitating. The mission of Boulder Crest is to help struggling Veterans, first responders, and their families rediscover hope, purpose, and a belief in a future that is truly worth living.

The team at Boulder Crest uses the science of Posttraumatic Growth to train participants through a proven process of transformation. And through Boulder Crest’s programs – Warrior PATHH, Family Rest & Reconnection, Couples PATHH and their Gold Star Family Youth – the organization makes significant and life-altering changes to their program participants.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDOVSB) populated with more than 50% Veterans, VMSI is committed to ensuring that our Veterans and their families, who provide us with the freedoms we are afforded, are never forgotten.  Since opening in September of 2013, VMSI has supported the Boulder Crest Retreat. In addition, our Founder & Chairman, Shane Moore, has served on the board for 5 years, and VMSI assists in building, opening, creating and organizing their largest grassroots fundraising event year over year and continues support through monetary donations, event sponsorships, and thousands of donated hours from VMSI employees.
