Crystal McNeill, VMSI’s Corporate Program Manager, received official word today that she was accepted for the Navy’s Warrant Officer School for Surface Warfare Operations. This is a highly competitive process and Crystal was accepted on her first attempt which reflects how highly the Navy sees her potential, value, and ability to be a phenomenal Warrant Officer and leader.
We congratulate Crystal for this well-deserved honor and look forward to seeing how her leadership abilities both in the military and at VMSI continue to benefit customers and our overall employee base!
Surface Warfare Officers School Command (SWOS or SWSCOLCOM) is a “Center of Excellence” for surface warfare – where they take pride in being the focal point for training the officers and enlisted Sailors who man and fight on ships. They work diligently to train warfighters and intelligently apply state-of-the-art technology in classrooms and trainers. Their greatest assets remain the outstanding men and women who instruct and study there.
About Crystal McNeill:
Crystal joined the VMSI Team in 2022 as Program Manager bringing 15 years of military leadership and consulting experience in the Federal sector. Crystal has a diverse background in program management, personnel leadership, subcontractor management, business development and strategic writing. At VMSI Crystal works alongside the CEO to drive customer and company initiatives and is responsible for contract life cycle management across multiple portfolios. Crystal has her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University. She also earned both her master’s degree in Studies of Law and Doctorate in Social Work from The University of Southern California. She’s a native of North Carolina and now resides in Arlington, VA where she enjoys spending time with her friends, corgi, and anything outside.
