VMSI recently recognized one of our team members, Andrew “Drew” Broadhurst, for his extraordinary commitment to the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA) Contracting Professional School’s (CPS) mission.

A valued VMSI employee for more than 4 years, Drew seamlessly stepped into the role of Team Lead on our VAAA CPS contract in Frederick, Md.  In the course of his day-to-day duties, he provides management oversight of the VMSI VAAA-CPS team ensuring that right mix of expertise, skills, experience and staffing are implemented across CPS and that mission critical projects are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. Additionally, he supports VMSI’s new CPS contract employees with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition – no small feat, given that this contract has grown by 300% from the prior contract award!

What do we appreciate most about Drew?  His consistently good nature and leadership skills, which are exemplified in his willingness to step in and do whatever is needed to get the job done without hesitation.  Thanks, Drew, for all you do and for being a shining example of what we mean by #VMSIFamily!
