Molly’s Irish Pub, located in Warrenton, VA, has been a longtime supporter of Boulder Crest Retreat’s mission to “Heal heroes. One family at a time”. The pub’s annual Wearin’ O’ The Green 5K Race is one of the ways they continue to give back!

VMSI proudly showed our support as a Gold Star Sponsor and several VMSI corporate team members also attended the Guest Bartending Night held at Molly’s Irish Pub a few days before the race as a unique and entertaining way to raise additional funds for the main event.

As with previous years, Boulder Crest Retreat and VMSI contributed to the guest bartender lineup with BCR’s Executive Director, Dusty Baxley, VMSI Chief Operating Officer, Ken Konkol and VMSI Program Manager, Megan Shelton.

The first-rate mixology skills of our guest bartenders combined with the generous patrons in attendance resulted in a total of $1,592 raised in a single night! Additionally, the Wearin’ O’ The Green 5K Race was a huge success with 230 participants and a large community turnout. The grand total raised for Boulder Crest Retreat from both events was $11,687!
