VMSI – Armed Force Retirement Home – Office of the Chief Financial Officer Support

The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH), Washington, DC, recently awarded a contract to VMSI to provide financial support to assist in managing major corporate initiatives through financial analyses, risk management, action plans, audits and financial program support. VMSI’s expertise will better position the OCFO to meet strategic initiatives including financial and performance analysis and reports to Congress, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Department of Defense (DoD) leadership.

Some of the specific deliverables that VMSI staff provide includes:

• Performance and Accountability Report (PAR)/Summary Performance & Financial Indicators (SPFI).
• Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP).
• Congressional Testimony, the Congressional Budget Justification (CBJ) submission and briefing to Office of Management & Budget.
