VMSI is pleased to recognize Rick Burgard for his contract closeout support to the VA Prosthetic Team!
We received exceptional feedback from the VHA regarding Rick’s support to the Prosthetic Team, specifically with regard to his contract closeout efforts over the last year. The Prosthetic’s Branch Chief highlighted Rick’s dedication to reducing the high closeout numbers within the Prosthetics team and keeping the backlog to a minimum.
The client further indicated that as a direct result of Rick’s hard work, this Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) progressed from the team with the highest number of closeouts to the lowest within the VA Great Lakes Health Care System within the past 12 months! That’s an incredible accomplishment!
