VMSI consistently receives glowing feedback regarding Shannon’s astute support, outstanding customer service skills in her interaction with staff and students of the Academy, and also her willingness to jump in wherever help is needed, no questions asked.
In the beginning of this year, Shannon played a vital role in ensuring the overall success of graduation ceremonies which took place in February, and we were thrilled to hear that students truly appreciated the celebration as a direct result of Shannon’s efforts!
