VMSI is excited to announce that our application to the SBA Mentor/Protégé program with Metrics, LLC has been approved!

The All Small Business Mentor-Protégé Program is a fantastic opportunity that benefits both parties, to enhance their ability to successfully compete for contracts.

During the course of the 3 year agreement (with an option for an additional 3 year renewal), VMSI and Metrics will collaborate by sharing expertise, resources, and capabilities to capitalize on opportunities that become available in federal government contracts.

While operating under the Mentor-Protégé program, VMSI and Metrics   the option to form a joint venture to compete for opportunities leveraging both VMSI and Metrics past performance under Metrics’ size standard.

As the Mentor, VMSI will provide valuable technical experience and management assistance to allow Metrics to more fully develop their competitive capabilities;  help identify contracting and partnership opportunities; and assist Metrics in meeting goals established in their SBA-approved business plan.

This mentor-protégé agreement marks an exciting and more formalized relationship with Metrics, whom VMSI has a great deal of respect and appreciation for, both in and outside of the government contracting realm.
