The corporate staff at VMSI were humbled and honored to be reminded recently, of the incredible impact that enthusiasm, passion, and professionalism has on everyone we come in contact with. The employees at VMSI live and breathe the mission of the company:  “To be The BEST DECISION our Clients make”.  When you combine that commitment with the infectious spirit and drive of VMSI’s employees, the result is nothing short of spectacular.  Or as Ronette Pratt (a VMSI employee supporting one of our largest clients) states in her email to the CEO Shane Moore:

Good Morning; My name is Ronette Pratt, and I work with the team at our client’s Silver Spring location.  I just wanted to take a moment to express sentiments that are shared across the board with your employees here.  I have had MANY people express how much recognition of personal events (birthdays, holidays) means to them, and that they are taken back that each of the cards are personally signed by your staff.  Ken and other staff members have come to the site and made a conscious effort to stop by employees’ desks to introduce themselves and just to say “how are you”.  These gestures have really made a difference as to how they feel about who they work for.  They don’t just work for VMSI, they work for you and for Ken.  I’ve heard several comments about how they don’t want to “let Ken down” when it comes to decisions that they make in their personal life.  “They’ve been so good to me” is spoken often.

We have had a few people that have had some pretty significant “life events” that have caused them to miss work.  Most of them are AMAZED at the manner in which they are approached by the staff.  What can we do to make it better, what can we do to assist, here are resources that may be beneficial to you, etc… Your staff is kind, thoughtful, empathetic, genuine and compassionate.  Employees “feel” that when they are speaking to them.  It makes us all want to do the best for the company, because we know that the company is doing their best for us.

You always find a few people in an organization that exemplify these qualities, but what is AMAZING about your staff, is that they ALL possess these qualities.  They go the extra mile to find a way to make things happen.  

I could go on and on and on about how amazing your staff is, but at the end of the day, I want to thank YOU for fostering an environment that only brings the BEST support staff to your organization!!!
