VMSI Welcomes Ryan Elliott

Veterans Management Services, Inc. (VMSI) welcomes our new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Ryan Elliott, to the leadership team. With this expansion, we are even better equipped to bring innovative solutions to our federal clients, to the Veteran community and to our strategic partners as well as build upon the successes of this Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Meet Our New CSO. Ryan Elliott joined the VMSI team in August with 25 years of leadership and management consulting experience within the Federal and Commercial sectors. He has held numerous executive and growth positions with “Big 4” consulting firms such as PwC, mid-tier companies and SDVOSBs, such as Caliburn International and GovernmentCIO. Elliott’s responsibilities have included leadership for corporate planning and go-to-market strategy as well as overall growth, capture, and proposal management. His breadth of experience and knowledge spans across program management, acquisition and financial management, IT automation and modernization, data analytics, and enterprise integration.

“I am very excited to take on this new role at VMSI,” Elliott said. He continued, “I will naturally focus on long-term goals such as growth, profit, and return on investment, but I am even more excited to work hand in hand with Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ken Konkol, to lead and support VMSI’s outstanding talent in following our company credo, ‘To be the BEST DECISION Our Clients make.’ and help them and our strategic partners support our Veterans, war fighters and federal employees. I would like to thank founder, Shane Moore, and our amazing corporate team as well as our client-facing employees and strategic partners for their support.”

As VMSI’s CSO, Elliott works day to day with CEO Konkol to set the company’s strategic direction, manage the overall growth and business/financial performance, as well as ensure the company’s mission. Elliott is also focused on expanding VMSI’s service offerings to the market, such as IT and digital transformation.

“Ryan Elliott believes strongly that people come first, and that cultivating great company culture is paramount in serving our clients and each other to the best of our abilities,” said Shane Moore, VMSI Chairman and Founder. “Throughout his career, he has built successful strategic growth plans and processes, created high performing teams, and driven revenue growth overall. We are thrilled to have him on board to support the mission of serving our clients,” said Moore.
